Led by Dr Margaret Deery, the Directors of TBEI have specialised in examining the social impacts of tourism in general and of events, in particular. Tourism Enterprise Management

Dr Leo Jago not only has the academic credentials relating to the management of tourism enterprises, but for 18 years he also owned and operated a range of small tourism enterprises in various states of Australia. As a specialist in human resource management, Dr Deery contributes substantial expertise in the people issues of enterprise management.

We have developed strategic plans for small enterprises, undertaken performance reviews and prepared staffing recruitment, training and motivation programs.
